Whitney Marsh is an experienced project manager with a background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As the Training Programs Associate, she supports facilitation, production, and marketing for the Shriver Center on Poverty Law’s online courses.
Whitney thrives in mission-driven environments. As a process-oriented person, she enjoys improving workflows and producing measurable results. Previously, Whitney developed DEI curriculum for the firm Morale First. She also managed trainings for Year Up, an educational resource hub for people without four-year degrees.
Whitney earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University, where she also received her master’s in ethnic studies. She grew up in Hobbs, a small town in New Mexico. After living in Fort Collins, Colorado, and Washington, D.C., she landed in Texas, about an hour from her hometown.
A talented yarn artist, Whitney doesn’t let the hot Texas air deter her from her passion. She is also an avid reader and Bones and Criminal Minds trivia mastermind.
