Kerri-Ann Wright is an experienced trial attorney and an inclusive leader. In her role and with an equity lens, she develops programming on substantive legal topics in addition to modules covering impactful leadership techniques, professional development, implicit bias, trauma-informed lawyering and client-centered advocacy. She enjoys teaching, learning and encouraging others to honor the power of their lived experiences. Wright is a member of the NYS Legal Services Diversity Coalition and a graduate of the Black Defender Leadership Institute (BDLI). She is also an inaugural member of the advisory committee and a faculty member for the Housing Justice Leadership Institute (HJLI), a cross-organizational partnership with various New York City nonprofits, the Shriver Center on Poverty Law, and New York Law School.
