The Racial Justice Training Institute is a groundbreaking national leadership program that offers a transformative experience to build and fortify agents for change.
RJTI puts race front and center in the fight for equal justice. We address the impact of structural racialization in housing, education, employment, healthcare, and more, and ensure that race is considered foremost in our efforts to eradicate poverty in the communities we serve.
With leadership from a diverse advisory committee of advocates, scholars, and RJTI alumni, we are developing a network of equal justice advocates committed to advancing a coordinated racial justice advocacy agenda.
Now in it’s fourth year, RJTI has cultivated 117 advocates representing 62 organizations in 23 states. Read more about the 2017 class of RJTI fellows.
